Shipping Within India

Dispatch time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days of order confirmation. A loose gemstone typically ships fastest; pieces that need to be studded into jewellery, energised, or issued with an additional lab certificate may need a little extra handling time — we'll keep you updated at every step. Orders are not dispatched on government holidays.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, orders are delivered anywhere in India within 7–15 days, through trusted courier partners such as Bluedart, FedEx and Shiprocket. Orders above ₹7,999 ship free; orders below ₹7,999 attract a flat shipping fee of ₹300, shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Same-day delivery

Same-day delivery is available for Delhi-NCR orders placed and confirmed before the daily cut-off time shown at checkout.

Safety & insurance

Every order is inspected by our quality assurance team, hand-packed in tamper-evident packaging, and fully insured in transit at no extra cost to you.

Coverage area

Cosmic 9 Gem currently ships within India only; international shipping is not available at this time.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email and SMS with your tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched, and we'll keep you updated by email/SMS throughout the journey. You can also check the latest status any time from your account's Order Tracking page, or reach us on WhatsApp or our toll-free line for a quick update.

Delivery Address & What to Expect

• Address accuracy — for your security, we deliver to residential or business addresses only, not to PO Boxes or public places such as malls or hotels. If delivering to an office, please ensure department, employee and contact details are accurate.
• ID verification — for high-value shipments, a signature and government-issued ID may be required at delivery. If you're unavailable, a trusted nominee may receive it on your behalf.
• Your responsibility — the accuracy of your delivery address is your responsibility. Cosmic 9 Gem is not liable for delays or losses arising from incomplete or incorrect address details provided at checkout.

Missed Delivery & Undeliverable Parcels

Our courier partner will make up to three delivery attempts. If delivery still fails, the parcel is returned to us (RTO). If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, please contact us within 30 days of purchase so we can trace it and arrange re-shipment or a refund per our Refund Policy.

Damaged, Missing or Lost in Transit

Every order is fully insured while in transit. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately. For any claim relating to a damaged, incorrect or missing item, an unwrapping/unboxing video that begins before the sealed package is opened is required — this is the key proof that lets us verify and resolve the issue quickly. Please report such issues within the window stated in our Refund Policy; genuine loss or damage in transit will be repaired, replaced or refunded as appropriate.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch — just message us on WhatsApp or email support@cosmic9gem.com — email address to be confirmed. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, though it remains covered under our returns process for damaged, incorrect or proven-synthetic items. For customised or personalised pieces, once the design is approved and making has begun, making charges are non-refundable.

Delays & Force Majeure

While we make every effort to meet the timelines above, delivery may occasionally be delayed by circumstances beyond our control — natural disasters, public holidays, government action, strikes, transport disruptions, or similar force majeure events. We'll notify you as soon as practicable and share revised estimates. Cosmic 9 Gem is not liable for delays arising from such events, and these delays do not constitute a breach of this policy.
