This document is the agreement between you and Cosmic 9 Gems LLP (“Cosmic 9 Gems”, “we”, “us”, “our”), operating the website www.cosmic9gems.com (“Website”) and offering natural gemstones, rudraksha and Vedic astrology consultations. By browsing the Website, booking a consultation, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.

Who you're contracting with

Cosmic 9 Gems LLP, an entity registered in India under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 (LLPIN: LLPIN to be confirmed). Registered office: Registered office address to be confirmed. Grievance Officer: Name to be confirmed, reachable at Grievance email to be confirmed. Grievances are acknowledged within 48 hours and, where reasonably possible, resolved within 30 days, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

Faith-based services — please read before booking

Cosmic 9 Gems sells natural gemstones and rudraksha and provides Vedic astrology consultations as expressions of traditional belief and cultural practice. These are not medicine, therapy, financial advice, or legal advice, and we do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, nor guarantee any outcome in health, career, wealth, relationships or litigation. Astrology is interpretive by nature and outcomes vary between individuals. Please treat our consultations and remedies as guidance and self-reflection tools, and consult an appropriately licensed professional for medical, legal, psychological or financial decisions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Using the Website, creating an account, booking a consultation, or completing a purchase means you accept these Terms in full, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, each incorporated here by reference. Products and consultation slots shown on the Website are an invitation for you to place an order — your order is the offer, and a contract is formed only once we confirm and accept it.

2. Who Can Use Cosmic 9 Gems

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to use the Website or book a consultation. If you are accessing the Website from outside India, you are responsible for complying with the laws of your own jurisdiction.

3. Your Account & Information

• Keep the details on your account — name, contact number, birth details used for readings, delivery address — accurate and current. Consultations rely on correct birth date, time and place; we are not responsible for a reading based on information you entered incorrectly.
• Your account is for your personal use only and may not be shared, sold or transferred.
• Use a payment method you are legally entitled to use, with sufficient funds to complete the transaction.
• Do not post content on the Website (reviews, testimonials, chat messages) that is defamatory, obscene, threatening or infringes someone else's rights.

If you submit a public review or testimonial, you give Cosmic 9 Gems a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and reuse it in connection with promoting our services, and you confirm you have the right to grant that licence.

4. Products, Consultations & Pricing

Natural products

Gemstones and rudraksha are natural materials. Colour, inclusions, size and texture vary piece to piece, and the item you receive may look slightly different from the photograph on screen — this is a characteristic of a genuine natural product, not a defect. We describe products as accurately as we can, including origin and any lab certification where applicable.

Consultations

Astrology consultations are booked for a fixed duration and time slot. Please share accurate birth details at booking. Recordings or notes from a session, where offered, are for your personal reference only and may not be redistributed or resold.

Pricing

Prices are listed in INR and include applicable GST; a tax invoice is issued with every order. Prices may change without notice, and you'll be charged the price shown at checkout. We may correct listing errors, cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing or stock error, or ask for additional ID/PAN details on orders above ₹2,00,000, refunding you in full for any order we're unable to fulfil.

5. Booking, Orders & Cancellation

• Product orders can be cancelled before dispatch — contact us as soon as possible; see our Refund Policy for how refunds are processed.
• Consultation bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled up to a cut-off noted at the time of booking; missed sessions without notice may not be refundable.
• Custom or engraved pieces: once you've approved the design and we begin making it, the making charge becomes non-refundable, since the piece is created specifically for you.
• We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion — for example on suspected fraud, an unfulfillable delivery address, or discontinued stock — and will refund any amount already charged for that order.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India and to select international destinations, subject to what's serviceable at your pincode/address at checkout. Delivery dates given at order confirmation are estimates; actual delivery can be affected by courier delays, customs clearance, weather or other events outside our control. For international orders, any customs duty or import tax charged by the destination country is payable by you and is non-refundable. Full details live in our Shipping Policy.

7. No Guaranteed Outcome

Vedic astrology, gemstone recommendations and rudraksha remedies offered by Cosmic 9 Gems are interpretive practices rooted in tradition. We do not promise a specific result — in health, finances, relationships, career or any legal matter — and outcomes differ from person to person based on many factors outside our knowledge or control. Nothing said in a consultation, product description, or on the Website should be treated as a substitute for advice from a licensed doctor, therapist, lawyer or financial advisor. You remain responsible for your own decisions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and our services are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that the Website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses, and we don't guarantee that products, consultations, or any content on the Website will meet your particular expectations. You use the Website at your own discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cosmic 9 Gems, its partners, employees and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss (including loss of profit, data or opportunity) arising from your use of the Website or our services. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us for the specific order or consultation giving rise to the claim. Nothing here removes any right you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be waived by agreement.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Cosmic 9 Gems and its partners, employees and agents harmless from any claim or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website or our services.

11. Intellectual Property

The Cosmic 9 Gems name, logo, website design, product photography and written content belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share this content for personal, non-commercial use, but may not copy, republish or use it commercially without our written permission.

12. Prohibited Uses

When using the Website, please don't:

• Impersonate another person or misuse someone else's birth/personal details when booking a consultation
• Attempt to resell consultation sessions or recordings without our permission
• Use the Website for unlawful, fraudulent, or harassing purposes
• Attempt to interfere with, hack, or disrupt the Website's normal operation

We may suspend or close an account that breaches this section, at our discretion.

13. Third-Party Content & Links

The Website may link to third-party sites or display content we didn't create. We aren't responsible for the accuracy of third-party content, and any dealings you have with a linked third party are strictly between you and them.

14. Force Majeure

We won't be held responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control — natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, courier disruptions, or similar circumstances.

15. Term & Termination

These Terms apply for as long as you use the Website. You may stop using the Website at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms; you'll remain responsible for amounts already due, and fees already paid for completed services are not refunded on termination for breach.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at City of jurisdiction to be confirmed have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Before going to court, please write to us at Support email to be confirmed — most concerns can be resolved directly. This doesn't limit any right you have under Indian consumer-protection law, including approaching a Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.

17. Communications

By sharing your phone number and email with us, you consent to receiving order updates, appointment reminders and service communications from Cosmic 9 Gems by SMS, WhatsApp, email or call, including where your number is registered on the National Do Not Call Registry. Write to us if you'd like to opt out of non-essential communications.

18. General Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version is always posted on the Website, and continuing to use the Website after an update means you accept the change.
• If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
• These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Cosmic 9 Gems regarding your use of the Website.
